Lauren Raffaelli received her BFA in dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where she studied under Keith Thompson, Doug Elkins, and Stefanie Batten Bland among others. While at Rutgers she studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, England in the fall of 2016 and travelled to Yucatán, Mexico where she engaged in a community-based teaching experience in January of 2018. She is currently in the EdM program at Rutgers, working towards receiving her Masters degree in dance education. Raffaelli completed her clinical internship at Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High School, teaching in the dance department and has teaching experience at numerous dance studios and community outreach programs in New Jersey. Growing up at Art of Motion, it is a great pleasure to come full circle and return as a faculty member.
